Refund policy

Los productos tienen garantía de un año desde su fecha de compra y siempre tienes 30 días para devolver tu compra en Urban Green Club. Si no lo quieres una vez abierto y montado, tráenoslo y le encontraremos otro dueño. Recuerda que también puedes solicitar la retirada del artículo cubriendo los gastos de envío. Si el artículo no se ha utilizado, te devolveremos el importe íntegro en el mismo medio de pago en los siete días posteriores a la recepción del artículo.

¡Confiamos en ti! La verdad es que sólo hemos recibido una devolución o dos en los últimos años.

• Si el producto ha sido dañado o roto.

• Si los productos se han manchado.

• Productos excluidos de la política de devoluciones: encargos personalizados, instalaciones integrales de huerto, tarjetas de regalo, plantas naturales.

What are the conditions under which we cannot accept return items ?:

• If the product is damaged or broken.

• If the products are stained or otherwise unhygienic.

• Products excluded from the return policy: Personalized products, comprehensive facilities, gift cards, natural plants.

Keep in mind that this return policy is applicable only to the purchase of items for private use. Purchases for business, events and professional activities for clients with other purchasing conditions are excluded.
